Blood Test at Home will mail you everything you need in order to collect your blood sample. Our collection kit is equipped with detailed instructions, one Advance DX 100 collection card, gauze, two lancets, alcohol prep, band aid, and a pre-paid return envelope.
Carefully follow the instructions provided to collect the sample. When finished, mail in your sample using the pre-paid envelope provided. Once your test is completed by our CLIA certified laboratory, your laboratory report will be mailed directly to you within 7-10 days. Thanks for shopping with us. We look forward to working with you!
